Mr. Yamak brings to QCTC over than 14 years of experience in the Engineering & Construction field; where his focal interests was mainly on concrete repair & strengthening projects. In 2004; he graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a Master Degree in Civil Engineering which lead him to the land development business and US states Infrastructure maintenance in the State of Florida. In 2009; Mr. Yamak has moved to the Gulf region where his focal business development target was on all types of specialty work as concrete repair & strengthening structures; unique system flooring along with different entities related to the specialty construction application that had enrich his library of work & references for hundreds of landmark jobs in the MENA region.

Technical/Operations Manager

Mr. Roviner holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Technological Institute of the Philippines. He has more than 29 years of experience in civil construction industry, including a 25 years of experience in Concrete Repair, Structural Strengthening works, application/installation of industial protective coating and refractory materials for infrastructure projects, production facilities, warehouses, and carparks. His experience include’s assessments, and investigation of concrete structure, research of materials, and development of repair methodology. Mr. Roviner oversees the operation of on going project’s involving technicals, organizing of resources, execution & implementation at site that works has been carried out complying projects requirements.

A Senior Engineer graduate from the university of Miami for over than 15 years of experience in the engineering and contracting industry with focus on condition assessment and repairs of new and old infrastructure facilities, design, building materials and concrete technology, construction of fast track projects and infrastructure asset management solutions. Throughout my career, I have been involved in a broad range of projects related to design, inspection, testing, assessment, repair, strengthening of various infrastructure projects. My experience includes preparation and implementation of various repair and strengthening schemes as well as assessing the overall integrity of RC structures. Also having 12 years of experience in the design and implementation of post-tensioning structures, through which several have been challenging turn-key design projects. Likewise, I possess a wide knowledge in the field of concrete inspection and testing and had demonstrated at several occasions the ability to integrate state-of-art technology with assessment and maintenance methods.

Hadi Assoum

Flooring, Fit-Out & Architectural Finishes Manager

Mr. Assoum is a senior Architect holding a master degree in Architecture from the Lebanese University and brings on board more than 15 years of professional experience in the Construction Industry. Through his career, he has successfully managed and completed a large number of Mega-Scale construction projects in the Middle-East focused on Specialized Flooring and Architectural finishes works not limited to residential buildings, high-rise, governmental buildings, public transport, hospitals, railway, sports arenas and hotels; while being armed with his previous experience in design and consultancy. Mr. Assoum is responsible of both Business Development & Operations management of the Architectural Finishes division in QCTC.

Mohammad Masri

Business Development Manager

Mr. Masri holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the Lebanese American University . He has over than 8 years of experience in condition assessment ,civil maintenance ,strengthening techniques , and structural testing & monitoring of existing concrete structures .His experience involves leading major EPC projects & on-call works in the Oil & Gas industry & commercial sector .
